Engr. Momoh Jimah oyarekhua is the Chairman of OPAC Refineries and founder OMSA integrated services ltd. He is a graduate of mechanical engineering and a seasoned business administrator. He has attended several courses within and outside Nigeria relating to oil and gas entrepreneurship, including the prestigious Harvard Business School. With more than 28 years’ experience in providing oil and gas fields support service to both local and international oil companies, he has become a leading figure in the Nigerian energy sector including petroleum products and bunker fuel supply industry. As an ardent promoter of the need to build local capacity, Mr Oyarekhua in 2017 led OMSA into investing in OPAC Refineries, the foremost modular refinery project in Kwale, Delta State to boost the availability of petroleum products locally. He is reliable and known for providing solutions that deliver sustainable returns on investments. He is an active member of the Institute of Directors, Nigeria and the Chairman of Crude Oil Refinery-Owners Association of Nigeria, CORAN.
