He has Sound knowledge of a broad range of legal issues and an effective understanding of the legal dynamics of the Oil and gas industry legal dynamics. I have an in-depth understanding of the construction Law with sound, knowledge of FIDIC, NEC and ICE provisions and competent knowledge in Construction Claims and Dispute Resolution.

He has an excellent Knowledge of Risk Management and Corporate Compliance; has also contributed to national and international forums on corporate compliance transparency and anti-corruption

He has a perfect understanding of the workings of regulatory Agencies such as the NUPRC, NMDPRA (DPR), FIRS, NAPIMS, NODSRA, and The Nigerian Local Content Board.

He has participated in several key EPCs including the Rehabilitation of the Egbim Power Plant by PARAGON/INTRALOG in 2008 and the establishment of a 20,000 Barrel Per Day Modular Refinery by Clairgold Oil and Gas Engineering Ltd
