Crude Oil Refinery-Owners Association of Nigeria (CORAN), with it’s members Waltersmith, OPAC and Aradel Refinery had a stimulating session which was held on the 25th of October 2023, on the theme “Africa Refining: Regional Sufficiency Amid Global Energy Transition” at OTL 2023.
